Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OSCE Revisions (“the Platform”), operated by OSCE Revisions Education Inc (part of the MedRevisions family / MedRevisions Education Ltd), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OSCE Revisions provides AI-powered clinical exam preparation tools including voice-based patient simulations, revision notes, grading feedback, and mock examinations for major OSCE licensing exams — including PLAB 2, UKMLA CPSA, and Clinical OSCE today, with additional exams as they launch. The Platform is intended for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. For security and fair use, only one device may be signed in to your account at a time; signing in on a new device will sign you out elsewhere.

You may optionally provide a phone number and opt in to receive exam tips and offers via WhatsApp. WhatsApp marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent (unchecked by default). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at contact@oscerevisions.com or by using the opt-out instructions included when messaging is enabled.

4. Plans and Payments

The Platform offers a free tier and paid access plans. Free signup includes 3 voice and 3 text AI Attempts. Paid plans are one-time payments processed through Stripe (not recurring subscriptions) and unlock the full platform for a set duration. Plans can be Without AI Attempts (full library access while keeping the free 3 voice + 3 text grant) or With AI Attempts (full library plus a pool of voice and text AI Attempts). You may purchase add-on AI Attempt packs at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

When a new exam track launches (for example NAC OSCE), we may offer a one-way transfer of remaining paid access time from an active Clinical OSCE plan to that track for eligible accounts, at no additional charge. Transfer applies to OSCE Revisions account access only and is not a cash refund or store-to-store credit. Remaining AI Attempts stay on your account whether or not you transfer. If your plan has expired at launch, there is no remaining time to transfer.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) share your account with others or circumvent the one-device-at-a-time login limit; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the AI models; (c) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) upload harmful content; (e) attempt to disrupt or overload the service; (f) create multiple accounts to abuse free AI Attempts or other free-tier limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including scenarios, revision notes, grading rubrics, and software, is owned by OSCE Revisions Education Inc or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for clinical accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. The Platform is a study aid and should not replace formal medical education, clinical training, or professional medical advice. We do not guarantee exam success.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSCE Revisions Education Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
